She presently serves as the Chairperson of the LUTH Trolley Library service which has been in existence since 1968 and whose objective is to provide some form of entertainment and relief to patients on their sick beds by availing them with reading materials like soft sell magazines, novels, Bibles, Quran and fashion magazines to name a few.
Through this service, the IWS has been able to put smiles on the faces of many patients as well as nurses, who always look forward to seeing the IWS trolley in their wards every Wednesday.
There is no gain saying the importance of this compassionate work of the IWS.

The IWS has recorded several great feats in her tenure as the trolley library chairperson, such as:
1. the refurbishment of the library courtesy the IWS' sister society, The Small World Society (Many thanks to the President and members of this society);
2.  payment of the hospital bills of 8 indigent patients; and
3. donating a LED Phototheraphy to the children's ward D1, which is used in the treatment of jaundice in new born babies.

Mrs. Ladipo- Ajayi is grateful to the entire members of the IWS who as a whole, would make yearly courtesy visits to the Chief Medical Director and the LUTH management, and also embark on familiarization tours of the wards with the trolley.
Some members  have also been magnanimous by donating to the trolley library. Items donated ranges from book shelves, Chairs, tables, Water dispenser, Flower pots, Novels, Magazines, Bibles, Qurans, etc. Many thanks to all donors. God bless you all.

Mrs. Ladipo-Ajayi's hope and dream for the IWS LUTH Trolley service is the inclusion of more modern  appliances like e-readers and hand held video games to name a few, for the enjoyment of the younger and tech savvy patients on the wards.

It has been her privilege to serve humanity and her nation as a member of the IWS.
